On Track & Organized is a Sole Proprietorship owned by Rachel Ruding. As a young adult Rachel started her first job in the home maintenance field as a chamber maid at a Bed & Breakfast in Spring Lake, New Jersey. Over the past twenty two years she has held numerous jobs throughout New Jersey, New York & Pennsylvania that have helped build an extensive portfolio.

Home Organizing is very personal. When you hire a Personal Organizer you are not only inviting them into your home, you’re inviting them into you life. Rachel caters to each client’s personal needs and customizes her services to get them On Track & Organized.

After a walk-through of the project, Rachel offers judgment-free suggestions to help the client visualize the space as it could be.
